Nautitalk Easy Communication Headset
Designed to combine communication with environmental awareness. Thanks to hands-free duplex technology, communication takes place over an open line, similar to a phone call. This means there is no need to press a PTT (push-to-talk) button. When the microphone is flipped up, it turns off, allowing users to selectively participate or listen within the group. The headset can be worn on either the left or right side.

The single-sided speaker ensures an excellent balance between environmental sounds and group communication. The Sena mesh network offers one open channel and multiple closed channels, allowing groups to be divided. The interchangeable label on the side of the microphone makes it easy to identify which group a person belongs to.

The Nautitalk Easy has an IPX5 rating and a replaceable battery with a talk time of up to 22 hours. UV-resistant materials ensure extended durability. The headset can be operated both independently and via the app, allowing for additional settings and personalization.

What is the Mesh Intercom Network?
Mesh networking creates nearly unlimited connections. It is a self-optimizing and self-healing network that constantly seeks the best connection and automatically reconnects when a device drops out. Communication via Mesh is two-way, meaning there is no need to press a push-to-talk button to speak.

Which Mesh Intercom version does the Sena Nautitalk use?
The Sena Nautitalk Easy communicates via the Mesh 3.0 network. It works seamlessly with other Sena products that use the same Mesh 3.0 network.

What is Open Mesh?
With Open Mesh, a nearly unlimited number of users can connect within a given area. Because headsets communicate with each other, the signal is relayed, extending the overall range.

What is Group Mesh?
Group Mesh supports private sessions for up to 24 participants on a closed channel. A total of 9 channels are available, allowing 9 separate groups to communicate independently within the same area. Channels can be switched during operation using the buttons on the headset.

Hands-free communication thanks to full-duplex technology
On a vessel or during work, having your hands free is essential—just like maintaining an open communication line. Being able to respond without pressing a button is equally important. Sena communication devices use full-duplex technology to enable true hands-free communication.

Is the Sena Nautitalk Easy water-resistant?
The Nautitalk has an IPX5 rating. This classification is given to products protected against water jets from any direction (tested with a hose). This makes the headset ideal for use in rain, during sports, or even in the bathroom. However, it is not suitable for submersion.

Bluetooth Intercom
The Sena Nautitalk does not support a 4-way Bluetooth intercom. Communication is always conducted via the Mesh network.

Battery Life
The Sena Nautitalk Easy offers approximately 22 hours of use when communicating via the Mesh Intercom Network on a single charge. The headset comes with one removable battery.

Easy control with the Sena Marine App
Connect the Sena headset to the Sena Marine App and customize it to your needs. Adjust available settings such as Mesh Intercom configurations, channel frequencies, and many other options depending on the headset model. This ensures optimal performance. The headset can also be updated via the same Sena Marine App.

How does Sena headset pairing work?
When powered on, the headset automatically selects the last used Sena Mesh network channel, instantly connecting you to the network. The pairing process is подробно explained in the included manual. Expand the Mesh Intercom Network with the MeshPort

Expand the network using the Meshport Blue
Connect your regular Bluetooth headset, such as Apple AirPods, via Bluetooth to the MeshPort Blue. The MeshPort links you to the Mesh Intercom Network, allowing communication with colleagues. Ideal for a captain in the wheelhouse. The MeshPort Blue also features a repeater function, enabling it to strengthen the existing Mesh network in areas with weak coverage.
