Delivery.

Order value:

Your order will be delivered without extra costs from an order value of € 250.- For orders below this order amount, € 6.50 freight costs will be charged.

Shipping:

Orders placed before 2:00 pm will usually be shipped the same day. We ship our packages with PostNL. The delivery time is usually 1 working day within the Netherlands and 2 working days for Belgium and Germany 3-5 days for other European countries.

For overseas shipping, please e-mail us to request a quote for price and delivery time.

Delivery:

A signature for receipt is requested for the delivery of the package.

On the day of shipment you will receive a message with the track and trace code with which you can track the package.

Pickup:

You can also come and collect your order from us. Our address is Energieweg 3 6662 NS Elst (GLD). Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What if a product is not on stock?:

If a product is not in stock, you can still order it and immediately complete the payment. You will then receive priority over the delivery when the goods arrive at us. If you do not want this, you can also send us a message. We will reserve the product for you and will inform you when the item is in stock again. Back orders are usually delivered within 14 days, for exceptions we will contact you.
