Order value

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, your order is delivered free of shipping costs from an order value of € 250. For orders below this amount, € 6.50 in freight costs is charged.

Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. We ship our parcels with PostNL. Delivery time is usually 1 working day within the Netherlands and 2 working days for Belgium.

Delivery

A signature is required on receipt of the parcel. On the day of shipment you receive a message from PostNL with the track and trace code so you can follow the parcel.

Collection

You can also collect your order from us. Our address is Energieweg 3, 6662 NS Elst (GLD). Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What if a product is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock you can still order it and complete payment directly. You will then get priority on delivery when the goods arrive with us. If you would rather not, you can send us a message. We will then reserve the product for you and let you know when the item is back in stock. Back-orders are usually delivered within 14 days; in exceptional cases we will contact you.
