RETURNS

Products can be returned within 14 days. Products can only be returned if they are unused and still in as-new condition.

The purchase amount is fully refunded, including any delivery costs. No costs are charged for the refund. You receive the amount back via the payment method chosen for the order; if otherwise, this will be arranged in consultation. Payment will take place within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

You are responsible for returning the goods correctly and for any associated costs.
