When damage occurs to a product, that is of course unfortunate. If you have any doubts about damage to a product, it is always wise to contact us as soon as possible and report it. With warranty claims we always first try to determine whether it concerns a product/manufacturing defect or whether the damage arose later. Age is less important here. Experience has shown that most defects manifest themselves in the first 3 months after being put into use.

If you are dealing with a defective product, always contact us first. We will then look together with you at how the further handling should proceed. Never send a defective product without discussing this in advance.
