Sena Talkie Communication Device
The Talkie is a compact device that enables hands-free communication via Sena’s Mesh network. It features a built-in microphone and speaker and can be worn in various ways using the included straps and mounts. It offers Advanced Noise Control™, a strong battery, long range, and IPX7 waterproofing.
Advanced Noise Control™
Sena’s Advanced Noise Control™ reduces background noise and wind interference. This ensures clear communication even in rough weather or while cycling or engaging in other activities with wind exposure.
Hands-Free Communication
The Talkie communicates via the Mesh network, allowing two-way communication without the need for a push-to-talk button. It functions as an always-open line, making communication seamless and efficient.
The device comes with a carabiner, magnetic mount, armband mount, lanyard chain mount, and handlebar mount — allowing it to be used in various ways during work or outdoor activities.
What Is the Mesh Intercom Network?
Mesh Networking enables nearly unlimited connections. It’s a self-optimizing, self-healing system that constantly searches for the best connection and quickly re-establishes it if a device disconnects. Mesh allows for two-way communication without the need to press a button to speak.
The Sena Talkie uses Group Mesh for private sessions and supports up to 24 participants in a closed channel, or an unlimited number of users on the Open Mesh channel. There are 9 available channels in total, allowing 9 different groups to communicate simultaneously on Open Mesh or to split into smaller groups via Group Mesh. Users can switch channels using the onboard buttons during work or activities.

Construction
The Sena Talkie is a durable, compact communication tool. With an integrated speaker and microphone, it functions independently without needing a headset. It has an IPX7 rating, meaning it is fully waterproof and can withstand immersion for up to 5 seconds at a depth of up to 1 meter. The front cover is interchangeable, and multiple color options are included. The device measures 65 x 65 x 20 mm and weighs only 71 grams.
