The Avao Sit Fast harness is designed for workers at height who seek a lightweight and modular solution. The harness can easily be converted into a full fall-arrest harness by attaching a TOP or TOP CROLL chest harness. Its design is specifically tailored for work positioning and rope descents. The shaped foam padding on the semi-rigid waistbelt and leg loops ensures comfort during use. The waistbelt features metal side attachment points, gear loops, and tool holders, allowing you to carry and organize all your essential equipment. Thanks to the self-locking DOUBLEBACK buckles on the waistbelt and the FAST-release buckles on the leg loops, the harness is quick and easy to adjust.

The harness is equipped with a ventral attachment point and lateral attachment points. These allow the harness to be used in combination with fall protection, descenders, belay devices, or a work seat. The Avao Sit Fast is made of nylon, polyester, aluminum, and steel and complies with EN 813 and EN 358 certifications.

Comfort First:
- All contact points, including the waistbelt and leg loops, feature breathable, pre-shaped foam.
- Semi-rigid waistbelt and leg loops provide optimal fit and support.
- Metal side attachment points can be folded to prevent snagging.
- Elastic leg straps (replaceable and available as accessories) ensure the harness stays securely in place, whether walking or hanging.
- Modular design: can be upgraded with a TOP or TOP CROLL chest harness for full fall protection.

Fast and Doubleback Buckles:
- Self-locking DOUBLEBACK buckles on the waistbelt allow quick and easy adjustments.
- Anti-slip mechanisms on the DOUBLEBACK buckles ensure the harness maintains its proper fit throughout the workday.
- FAST-release buckles make donning and doffing the harness effortless.

Carrying and Organizing Equipment:

- Metal ventral D-ring with attachment points for a PODIUM or LITEPOD work seat.
- Ventral attachment point with a textile loop for connecting a lanyard.
- Two metal side attachment points for using a positioning lanyard in dual mode.
- Five pre-shaped gear loops with protective sheaths.
- Two slots for CARITOOL tool holders or the INTERFAST attachment system.
