The Petzl Knee Ascent Mounting Kit is an accessory designed to improve climbing efficiency when used in combination with a knee ascender. It pairs perfectly with the Petzl Knee Grab and the Petzl Sequoia harness, but can also be used with other climbing harnesses and knee ascenders.
The kit consists of a plastic tube containing a high-quality elastic cord. By attaching a knee ascender to one end, it is carried more easily during ascent, making the entire system more efficient.
It can be mounted directly onto webbing using screws and clips. The kit weighs only 80 grams and is supplied in black, including mounting hardware.
