HAAS Velox Ascent System

The HAAS Velox Ascent System has an ascender that is situated at the height of the knee. In combination with a foot clamp, you can ascent easily and quickly. This system automatically rises thanks to the integrated elastic string when the foot is lifted. Ideal for use together with a foot clamp with the Rope-Wrench or other SRT system. The intermediate strap is sturdy and has a double elastic string with pulley, making it strong enough to accommodate larger steps and flexible enough to store in a bag. The foot loop can be secured with a buckle around the foot. The HAAS can be placed low, still under the climbing system and is not in the way when using a foot clamp. This product is just like a foot clamp, an aid and therefore does not meet standards. Because this system has an extra long elastic string, the Haas Velox knee ascender is one size fits all.
