Arbortec Vented chainsaw trousers
The Vented is a series of chainsaw trousers by Arbortec. These trousers were developed by arborists, for arborists. During the design process, the main focus was on working in warm conditions. The Vented keeps you cool while working and also has a lightweight construction without compromising on protection.
The trousers feature a chainsaw protection insert (Design A), which has been tested and certified for chainsaw protection Class 1 (20 m/s) and complies with EN 11393 Class 1 and EN 13688+A1 certification.
This makes the Vented an excellent choice for chainsaw protection during warm days. Thanks to four large ventilation openings on the back and additional ventilation at the rear of the waistband, you can keep your cool while working. The 300 g/m military-grade polyamide mesh fabric is not only highly breathable but also extremely strong. As you would expect from Arbortec, the Vented features reinforced seams and durable Kevlar-reinforced knee panels.
The adjustable waistband and elastic boot hooks ensure that the trousers stay securely in place. The trouser legs are also wider, allowing for increased airflow and faster heat release. The elasticated crotch provides excellent flexibility while climbing.
Even while wearing a climbing harness, the pockets remain easily accessible. The trousers are equipped with two large cargo pockets and two front pockets with waterproof YKK zips. Available in regular or tall versions with extra leg length, in black or olive colours. This is the black/tall version with 5 cm of additional inside leg length.
