Product description
This is a replacement part for the ART Rope Guide and is already integrated in the Ropeguide system when bought. The ZipAbsorber 1 is a shock absorber developed by ART. In the event of a fall, it protects the user from dangerous peak loads. The ZipAbsorber effectively reduces impact forces to below 6 kN during a fall (100 kg over 1 meter). The shock absorber is made of Dyneema.
Additionally, the ZipAbsorber is designed to withstand prolonged heavy-duty use. It also functions within the RopeGuide as a retrieval system.
