PETZL MAESTRO L

The Petzl Maestro L is a new descender with great versatility specially designed for rescue operations. The locking system with integrated pulley allows the same device to be used for descent and hauling. Possibility to immediately shift from lowering position to hauling position without having to transfer the load. The integrated pulley has a sheave with a very large diameter mounted on sealed ball bearings which guarantees an excellent hauling efficiency. Ergonomic handle allows the rope to be released progressively and enables comfortable control of the descent. The Auto-lock system allows the rope to be blocked automatically when the handle is not in use. The lower connection point can be used to create different types of hauling systems. This device can handle loads up to 280 kg and is compatible with 12.5 to 13 mm ropes. The Petzl Maestro L has a weight of 1100 grams. According to: CE EN 341 type 2, class A and EN 12841 type C.
