CT CRIC

The CT Cric is a multifunctional ascender with integrated pulley. The versatility and compact size ensure optimal ease of use. The Cric can be used as an ascender (EN 567 and EN 12841-B) for lines from 8 to 12 millimetres. It can also be used as a simple pulley for lifting or moving a load according to EN 12278 for ropes up to 11 millimetres. The integrated sheeve with ball bearings can be used as a re-direct when ascending the line. When used in pulley mode, the rope can run freely in either direction. In hoisting mode the rope runs in 1 direction and is locked in the opposite direction. The CT Cric has a steel, serrated cam with 2 slots to reduce the build-up of dirt, keeping the lock on the line very efficient in all conditions. The simple opening using release button makes installation of the device quick, regardless of the mode in which it will be used, even with gloves on or while working in difficult conditions.
