The Petzl Sequoia shoulder straps are designed by Petzl for use with the Sequoia and Sequoia Plus climbing harnesses. However, the chest harness can also be used with other compatible climbing harnesses. It is easy to attach using the three included MINO carabiners.

The padded, wide-positioned shoulder straps ensure a comfortable distribution of weight from the hips to the shoulders. The harness can be worn in combination with a climbing harness or as a standalone chest piece. By placing the front attachment points on the chest harness itself rather than on the harness, it functions as an independent chest unit. This allows an SRT/SRS ascent system to be connected to one of the three attachment points on the front of the harness.
