THE PCW4000 - Gas Powered Winch
From the market demand, an answer has emerged in the form of the PCW4000. This portable winch with a gasoline engine is ideal for pulling heavy loads. With a pulling force of 1000kg, this winch can be used versatilely in forestry.
The GX50 is a specially developed, 360-degree tiltable 4-stroke 2hp engine from Honda. The fuel for the engine should be unleaded gasoline with 86 octane or higher. The engine does not come with oil from the factory. You need to add it yourself before starting the engine to prevent damage. It is recommended to always pull at full throttle.
With its PCS (Progress Capture System), the PCW4000 balances the loads to be carried. It is easy to operate. By pulling on the rope, the clutch is activated. The rope acts as a sort of throttle, allowing the pulling speed to be adjustable. As soon as the rope loses its tension, the engine stops pulling immediately. The PCW4000 has a pulling limit of 1,000kg. With a pulley system, the maximum pulling load can be expanded and even doubled. The total weight of the PCW4000 is 12KG.
The PCW4000 can be used as a winch for felling or guiding trees, pulling logs uphill, pulling vehicles out of mud or up a hill, and moving other heavy loads in rough terrain.
