Product description
ISC Reflex
The ISC Reflex is an innovative mechanical ascender that can be used in both SRT and MRT configurations without requiring additional components. The device is easy to install thanks to its mid-line attachment and is suitable for ropes with a diameter of 11 to 13 mm. The Reflex has a permitted working load of 50–200 kg and complies with the EN12841:2024C European standard. It may also be used for one-time rescue of a person.
Mid-line Attachment
The mid-line attachment makes the ISC Reflex very easy to install. The climbing line does not need to be fully threaded through the device, allowing line terminations and labels to remain in place.
Removable/Replaceable Swivel
The rotatable swivel at the lower end of the Reflex can be easily removed or replaced when needed or desired.
MRT/DRT Configuration
For use in an MRT/DRT configuration, the Reflex can be paired with an additional carabiner. ISC recommends the KL120SS Compact Oval Karabiner for this purpose.
SRT Configuration
What makes the ISC Reflex unique is that it can be used in an SRT setup both with or without additional devices—such as a wrench or tether. In addition, the device features multiple attachment points, making it easy to adapt to various climbing systems.
